Weiser-Künstler is the small Mosel estate of Konstantin Weiser and Alexandra Künstler, who work steep vineyards around Traben-Trarbach and Enkirch with a particular focus on old Riesling vines and traditional, hands-on farming. Their Trarbacher Schlossberg Kabinett comes from a steep slate vineyard above Trarbach, drawn from vines around 35 years old.
Harvested early in mid-September, the 2025 balances delicate sweetness with the brisk acidity that defines classic Mosel Kabinett. Green apple, white peach and lime are joined by floral and slate notes, with a light body and refreshing, finely drawn finish.
