  • Ralph Dorcin

    FOUNDER, SOMMELIER

    Ralph Dorcin is a sommelier with extensive experience in the fine dining, luxury hospitality, and retail industries. Ralph cultivated his knowledge of wine and spirits as a sommelier in New York’s finest establishments, including Michelin star-rated restaurants Daniel, Centurion New York, Betony, Del Posto, and Bouley.

    Ralph is a Certified Sommelier from the Court of Master Sommeliers and has received his certification in Viticulture and Vinification from the American Sommelier Association. He is a dedicated and passionate sommelier that thrives on providing exceptional customer experience and is driven by an insatiable curiosity, a deep desire to share his passion for great food and wine, and an unrivaled love of champagne.

    Miki Lubrano is an accomplished business leader with comprehensive experience driving profitable business growth for lifestyle brands through innovative thinking, strategic planning, operational excellence, and strong business partnerships. 

    Miki has extensive experience in the dynamic environments of startup, growth-mode, and transformational organizations and has worked across operations, merchandising, ecommerce, marketing, and creative for notable retail companies.
