Champagne Pierre Deville is a meticulous, terroir-focused grower estate located in the prestigious Grand Cru village of Verzy in the Montagne de Reims. The 'Copin' cuvée is a profound Blanc de Noirs, sourced entirely from old-vine Pinot Noir rooted in the village's signature chalk and flint-flecked soils.
Farmed organically and crafted with minimal intervention, the wine is fermented with native yeasts and aged in oak barrels before a low-dosage finish. It is a powerful, highly structured Champagne, offering a complex bouquet of red apple, toasted almond, and subtle spice, anchored by a commanding, mineral-driven tension.

Domaine Luneau-Papin is a longtime family estate in the Muscadet Sèvre & Maine appellation, now led by Pierre-Marie Luneau and Marie Papin. L d'Or comes from a historic parcel in the village of Vallet, planted to Melon de Bourgogne in 1984. The vineyard sits over granite and two-mica gneiss, a distinctive site that has been part of the Luneau family for generations. The 2023 was fermented spontaneously with native yeasts, then aged for 21 months without racking, divided equally between Austrian oak foudre, Italian terracotta amphora and an underground concrete tank lined with glass tiles. Fresh citrus and orchard fruit are joined by subtle floral and savory notes, with a broad texture balanced by bright acidity. A pronounced saline, mineral character carries through the long finish. The Chave family has been making wine in the Northern Rhône since 1481 and is best known for its historic wines from Hermitage. L'Hermitage Rouge is made entirely from Syrah, assembled from old-vine parcels across several parts of the Hermitage hill. Each site contributes a different character to the final blend, from the granite and structure of Les Bessards to the richer fruit of Le Méal and the more floral character of L'Ermite. The 2023 is expressive and supple, with dark cherry and blackberry joined by violet, black olive, pepper and subtle smoky notes. The palate is concentrated but finely textured, with polished tannins and fresh acidity balancing the ripe fruit. Savory and mineral notes build through the long, perfumed finish.
