Benoît Lahaye, Rosé de Macération, NV
$112.00

From his biodynamically farmed vineyards in Bouzy, Benoît Lahaye crafts a Rosé de Macération that captures the depth and vibrancy of Pinot Noir. Whole clusters are gently macerated before pressing, and the wine is aged with minimal dosage, allowing the fruit and terroir to speak clearly.

The bouquet reveals blood orange, raspberry, and cherry skin, accented by hints of cedar and toasted bread. The palate is bright and pure, with red fruit, lively acidity, and a fine mineral thread that extends through the finish. Precise yet generous, this is a distinctive rosé Champagne that combines texture, energy, and poise.

Varietal: Pinot Noir
Appellation: Montagne de Reims, Champagne, France
Farming: Organic, biodynamic, hand-harvested
Style: Sparkling Rosé. Bright, mineral, and expressive

Hatzidakis, Santorini Familia, 2024
$69.00

Founded by Haridimos Hatzidakis, this estate has long been a reference point for terroir-driven wines from Santorini. The Familia cuvée brings together fruit from old, ungrafted Assyrtiko vines grown in the island’s traditional basket-trained vineyards, shaped by intense sun, constant winds, and Santorini’s volcanic soils. Farming is organic and low-intervention, with a deep respect for the island’s fragile ecosystem and long viticultural history.

The 2024 Santorini Familia is crisp, focused, and distinctly maritime. Bright citrus notes of lemon peel and grapefruit lead, followed by subtle stone fruit and a pronounced saline-mineral character that is unmistakably from Santorini. The palate is linear and refreshing, driven by high natural acidity and a chalky, volcanic edge that carries through the finish. Clean, vibrant, and precise, this is a clear expression of Assyrtiko and the famed island it comes from.

Varietal: Assyrtiko
Appellation: Santorini, Cyclades, Greece
Farming: Organically farmed; low-intervention
Style: White. Crisp, mineral-driven, and coastal

Corison Winery, Napa Cabernet Sauvignon, 2021
$150.00

Cathy Corison has been a leading voice for balanced, vineyard-driven Napa Cabernet for more than three decades, and the 2021 release continues that vision. Sourced from benchland vineyards in St. Helena, the wine focuses on purity, tension, and classic structure. The growing season delivered small berries and concentrated fruit, giving the wine depth without sacrificing Corison’s signature restraint.

Aromas of blackberry, cassis, and plum are accompanied by violet, graphite, and dried herbs. The palate is focused and refined, with ripe dark fruit, fine tannins, and fresh acidity carrying a long, steady finish. It’s a poised and powerful Cabernet that reflects the vintage and the precision of Corison’s winemaking.

Varietal: Cabernet Sauvignon
Appellation: Napa Valley, California, United States
Farming: Sustainable
Style: Red. Structured, elegant, and age-worthy
