Bruno Dangin, Crèmant de Bourgogne Cuvée Blanche Extra Brut, Burgundy, NV 2022
After more than 30 years as cellar master at his family’s Champagne estate, Paul Dangin in Celles-sur-Ource, Bruno Dangin established his own domaine just south of the Champagne border in Molesme. His Crémant de Bourgogne Cuvée Blanche Extra Brut is made entirely from organically farmed Pinot Noir and produced using traditional méthode champenoise techniques.
Aromas of green apple, lemon zest, and white flowers are joined by subtle notes of brioche and chalk. The palate is bright and focused, with fine bubbles, crisp fruit, and a long, mineral finish. Elegant and dry, this sparkling wine delivers Champagne-like precision with a distinctly Burgundian accent.
Varietal: Pinot Noir
Appellation: Crémant de Bourgogne, Burgundy, France
Farming: Certified organic, hand-harvested
Style: Sparkling. Dry, mineral, and refined
