Jade Gross began making wine in Rioja after a career in restaurants, settling in the region in 2018 and working with small parcels of old vines across its different growing areas. Peace, Love & Garnacha comes from a single parcel in Cordovín in the Alto Najerilla, planted to century-old Garnacha bush vines on iron-rich clay soils.
The 2023 was harvested by hand and fermented in open vessels before aging for 12 months in French oak. Floral and fragrant, it shows raspberry and ripe red cherry with spice, herbs and subtle earthy notes. Fresh acidity and supple tannins keep the palate lively and balanced, leading to a long, savory finish.
