Flavien Nowack is a progressive force in the Marne Valley, continuously pushing the boundaries of terroir expression in the village of Vandières. The 'Les Arpents Rouges' cuvée is sourced from 70-to-80-year-old vines planted at the bottom of the slope, where sandy clay and marne subsoils provide incredible depth. Farmed organically and biodynamically, the wine is vinified entirely in small barrels using spontaneous yeasts and bottled with minimal dosage. It is exceptionally vibrant and complex, offering layered notes of candied lime zest, yellow apple, and delicate florals, anchored by a vinous, energetic core.
