Domaine Hubert Lignier is a longtime Morey-Saint-Denis estate now led by Laurent Lignier, who continues the family’s traditional approach to Burgundy. Symbiose is a Bourgogne Pinot Noir normally assembled from four small parcels in Meursault, Pommard and Vosne-Romanée. In the very low-yielding 2024 vintage, the cuvée drew from a broader selection of the domaine’s Bourgogne parcels. The 2024 was aged for 15 months in oak barrels. Concentrated for a regional Bourgogne, it shows red cherry, currant and wild strawberry with subtle floral, earthy and spicy notes.
