Domaine Economou’s Assyrtiko Phi 2017 comes from old, ungrafted Assyrtiko vines planted on the high Ziros plateau of eastern Crete, in terroir defined by limestone and wind-scoured rocks at altitude. Winemaker Yiannis Economou applies organic and minimal-intervention practices, allowing the grape’s native character to emerge.
