The estate farms organically and biodynamically and vinifies with just 5-20% new oak for a restrained impact, preserving the wine’s core clarity.
The nose presents fresh green apple, pear and white peach framed by bergamot zest and flint. On the palate the profile is more generous than usual, but still pure and driven by minerality. The texture is smooth with bright acidity and a saline finish. This is a white Burgundy of clear lineage that is both expressive today and built to evolve over the next 8-12 years.
