The Four Winds vineyard, situated at the upper reaches of the McMinnville AVA, features shallow volcanic soils and cool ocean breezes that naturally limit yields and preserve acidity. Farmed sustainably and dry-farmed, the fruit is vinified with native yeasts and aged in mostly neutral French oak to allow the vineyard's voice to shine.
