This cuvée, ADN de Meunier, is sourced from old vines on clay-limestone soils and blends the 2019 and 2020 harvests. Vinification is gentle, aging is extensive, and the wine is bottled without dosage, allowing the character of Meunier and the influence of these two vintages to come through clearly.

The nose layers pear, apple, citrus, and white flowers with subtle notes of pastry and almond from time on lees. The palate is dry and crisp, showing bright acidity, fine bubbles, and a focused mineral finish that brings definition.
