The 2023 was fermented and macerated for 25 days in stainless steel, followed by 14 months of aging in French oak. Fragrant and expressive, it shows ripe strawberry and red cherry with violet and subtle spice. Fine tannins and lively acidity give the palate structure and freshness, leading to a long, persistent finish.
