Bedell Cellars, Musée, North Fork of Long Island, 2019
Bedell Cellars is one of the North Fork’s wineries producing estate-grown wines shaped by Long Island’s maritime climate and a longstanding commitment to sustainable farming. Musée is the estate’s flagship red wine, made through a Bordeaux-inspired selection of the most structured and concentrated lots from each vintage.
The 2019 is a Petit Verdot-dominant blend with dark berry and black cherry fruit, joined by cedar, savory spice and subtle earthy notes. Medium-bodied but firmly structured, it has concentrated fruit, substantial tannins and a long, complex finish with excellent potential for aging.
Varietal: Petit Verdot, Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot
Appellation: North Fork of Long Island, New York, United States
Farming: Certified sustainable
Style: Red. Structured, concentrated and age-worthy
