Agrapart’s Terroirs is a 100% Chardonnay Blanc de Blancs assembled from selected parcels in the Grand Cru villages of Avize, Cramant, Oger and Oiry. For the release incorporating the 2021 harvest, low yields led Agrapart to use three vintages rather than the usual two. The 2021 component was vinified in tank, while half of the reserve wines were aged on their lees in older demi-muids.
The wine undergoes full malolactic fermentation and is bottled without fining or filtration. This release was disgorged with 3 g/L dosage. Citrus, nectarine and floral notes are joined by fresh hazelnut and bread, with bright acidity, fine mousse and a long, savory finish.
